Escalator

Escalator fixed deposit is a special product for individuals, with 24 months maturity, offering an attractive long term interest rate, while allowing the depositor to terminate it at the end of any quarter without penalty.

The interest is paid quarterly on the depositor’s current account. If the deposit is not terminated, the interest rate increases. The longer the deposit is kept, the higher the interest earned.

Minimum deposit amount is 100.000 EUR, maximum deposit amount: 5 mln EUR. Partial withdrawal or the addition of funds within the duration of the deposit is not allowed.

Investor

The «Investor» fixed term deposit offers a client the highest interest rate out of all of Emerio's deposit schemes for various durations in EUR, USD and GBP.

The term of the «Investor» deposit can be set between six months and three years. The interest rate depends on the amount to be placed, the currency and the term. The interest is paid upon the maturity of the deposit into the depositor's current account. For the deposits with 18 month term and over, the interest can be paid optionally at each anniversary.

The minimum amount which can be deposited is 100.000 EUR. This scheme does not allow the partial withdrawal or the addition of funds within the duration of the deposit.

An «Investor» deposit can be placed either as a single or a joint account.

Top Up

A «Top Up» fixed term deposit enables a client to add funds to a deposit account within its duration, accumulate savings and to receive a stable income in the form of regular interest payments.

The deposit can be placed in EUR for a term between one and three years. Interest is paid into the depositor’s current account on a monthly or quarterly basis.

The minimum amount which can be deposited is 100.000 EUR, whereas the minimum top up amount is 5.000 EUR. This scheme does not allow the partial withdrawal of funds within the duration of the deposit.

A «Top Up» deposit can be placed either as a single or a joint account.

Gradual Rate

A «Gradual Rate» fixed term deposit is available for one year term and allows early termination of the deposit before its maturity. In the case where the deposit is terminated in three, six or nine months from the deposit start date, a client will earn 15%, 45% or 70% respectively of the current annual interest rate of this deposit.

The minimum amount which can be deposited is 100.000 EUR. Interest is paid upon the maturity of the deposit into the client’s current account.

This scheme does not allow the partial withdrawal or the addition of funds within the duration of the deposit.

A «Gradual Rate» deposit can be placed either as a single or a joint account.

Flexibility

A «Flexibility» fixed term deposit enables a client to withdraw or add funds within a minimum and maximum balance range. Under this scheme, a client agrees upon a minimum balance of the deposit with Emerio. The maximum balance will always be the minimum balance multiplied by 2,5. The maximum balance can never be above 5.000.000 EUR and the agreed minimum balance can never be for an amount lower than 100.000 EUR.

Interest is paid on a monthly or quarterly basis and is transferred to the depositor’s current account. The term of a «Flexibility» deposit can be set to one, two or three years.

The minimum amount which can be deposited is 100.000 EUR. A "Flexibility" deposit can be placed either as a single or a joint account. For individuals, it is available only within Emerio Gold package.
